ATAK in particular has a deep, mature plugin ecosystem, and several ⚠️ rows are fully capable through it — for example, mesh networking via the goTenna or Meshtastic plugins, biometric vitals via a wearable sensor, and a smartwatch experience via the Garmin/TAKWatch plugin. TAK Can's distinction on those rows is that it does them natively on an iPhone and Apple Watch, with no extra radio or wearable.
